Employers
Seats are priced per person per year and discounted from ten. You assign them as staff join and reassign them when people leave, so you’re not paying for licences attached to someone who left in March.
Invoiced on account, annually or quarterly. We’ll want a purchase order and thirty-day terms like everybody else.

Questions about paying
Is VAT included in these prices?
No VAT is added to course fees. (VAT treatment recorded as exempt/unconfirmed — confirm with accountant before taking payments.)
What happens if I cancel halfway through a course?
Your access stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for and your progress is kept. Come back later and you pick up where you stopped. Anything already assessed and passed stays passed — that sits with the awarding body, not with us.
Do I pay again if I fail an assessment?
No. Resubmissions are included as long as your subscription is running. We’d rather you got there than paid us twice.
Can my employer pay for me?
Yes. Ask them to contact us and we’ll invoice them directly rather than putting you through a card payment and an expenses claim.
Is there funding available?
Sometimes. Individual Training Accounts and employer-led funding both exist in Scotland and the eligibility rules change regularly. Ask us and we’ll give you a straight answer about your chances rather than a brochure.
